Question: How should I take care of IHKAR products?

Answer: All our products are best maintained through dry cleaning, especially to preserve color and fabric quality over time. For detailed guidelines, please read our Product Care section.


Question: Can I bucket wash or machine wash IHKAR products?

Answer: We do not recommend machine or bucket washing, as our products are made with delicate, natural fabrics and digital printing. Please refer to our Product Care page for more information.


Question: Do you offer Cash on Delivery (COD)?

Answer: Currently, we do not offer COD. All orders must be prepaid.


 

Question: Do you offer refunds if I don’t like the product?

Answer: We do not offer refunds based on personal preference once an order has been placed. However, if there is a manufacturing defect, we’ll be happy to assist you. Please refer to our Refund Policy for complete details.


Question: Can I place an order over the phone or on social media?

Answer: For all products, please place your order directly through our website. Only for wool stoles and kaftans, you can place orders via WhatsApp at +919868511922.


 

Question: What payment methods do you accept?

Answer: We accept payments via Paytm and Indian credit/debit cards. You can also shop in person at our store in Delhi: F-1, Triveni Complex, Sheikh Sarai Phase-1, New Delhi – 110017

Question: Are your products handloom or digitally printed?

Answer: Our collections feature digitally printed designs on natural fabrics, thoughtfully crafted for elegance and everyday versatility.


Question: Can I request customizations in sarees or stoles?

Answer: While we don’t offer full customizations, we are happy to assist you in finding the right product from our existing collections. You’re welcome to contact us via WhatsApp for guidance.


Question: Do you ship internationally?
