Shipping Policy

Welcome to IHKAR. We are committed to delivering your orders securely, promptly, and transparently.

1. Order Processing Time

  • Orders are processed and dispatched within 24–48 business hours after payment confirmation (excluding Sundays and public holidays).
  • During high-demand periods, processing may take up to 72 hours.

 

2. Estimated Delivery Timelines

  • Within India: 5–7 business days after dispatch.
  • International Orders: 15–25 business days depending on destination. Specific timelines will be shared via email upon dispatch.

Note: Remote or less accessible locations (domestically or internationally) may experience slightly longer delivery times.

 

3. Shipping Charges

Domestic (India)

  • Standard Shipping: ₹200-₹250 on orders below ₹5000.
  • Free Delivery: Available exclusively for Delhi NCR orders at full price.
  • During Discounts /Sale Events Shipping will be charged regardless of order value or location.

International

  • Base Shipping Fee: ₹2000 for packages up to 3kg.
  • Additional Weight: ₹200 per additional 500g.

4. Taxes & Duties

  • Within India: All product prices are inclusive of applicable taxes.
  • Outside India: International orders are shipped on a Delivery Duty Unpaid (DDU) basis.

-Customs duties, import taxes, or local levies (if any) are to be borne by the customer at the time of delivery.

-IHKAR does not charge any customs fees at checkout.

 

5. Shipping Restrictions

As per courier regulations, we do not ship the following items:

  • Animals
  • Currency, bullion, negotiable instruments
  • Precious stones or metals
  • Firearms, ammunition
  • Human remains
  • Pornographic or obscene materials
  • Prohibited drugs or narcotics

 

6. Tracking Your Order

  • Once dispatched, tracking details will be shared via email and SMS.
  • You can track your shipment using the courier’s website or link provided in the notification.

 

7. Delivery & Responsibility

  • A signature is required upon delivery for all orders.
  • We do not support redirection of parcels once shipped.
  • Please ensure your shipping information is complete and accurate. IHKAR is not responsible for failed deliveries due to incorrect addresses.

 

8. Damaged or Tampered Packages

If your order arrives damaged:

  • Contact us immediately at info@ihkar.com with your Order ID and, if possible, attach photographs of the package.
  • After verification, a replacement will be sent at no additional cost.
